y’know how cats chatter when intrigued or on the prowl?

here is the great hairless hunter~

There is a satellite (which will be filled by anyone in the WORLD who wants to participate, 4 pages each) that will “rotate around the earth during a few centuries or some thousands of years before returning and landing” In the year 52,014. This is the KEO project.

“…Once the financing has been completed, a project-team will be implemented to control the actions. Launching this project is taking a long time. Two or three years will be necessary to carry on manufacturing the satellite and especially collecting messages. The date for launching the satellite into space will depend upon the opportunities offered by launchers as regards the orbit.

That is why we are to-day announcing 2014 as an earlier launching date and the end of 2013 as deadline for collecting messages. But we do not cling to theses dates as long as initial steps have not set up yet..

Numerous contributions will be necessary too in order to disseminate the call for messages all over the world.

The KEO project is a humanistic project : it puts every human being on equal terms towards their distant future, it allows them to write a message which will be read one day by our descendants, beyond centuries, it prompts reflection on our human nature.

But its ambition does not involve only our far away descendants.

As soon as all messages are launched into space, they will become accessible to our contemporaries as they will be uploaded, anonymously, on Internet where they will give rise to cartographies by meanings and profiles. The purpose is to enable present day mankind to better know itself through this tremendous material consisting of millions of messages issued from all peoples of the earth., in order to initiate a global debate with the aim of building between us from now onwards a more human world”

Last night some guy had to leave the bar because he was so uncomfortable with how badly he wanted to “rape me”

apparently he was just too drunk to handle the situation correctly “I wanna stick it in her-ERR SHIT I want to take her out to dinner”
All I know the word rape was thrown around like a toy, and I was the object in question.
Someone asked “who’s woman I was” I told them I don’t have anyone and I am never anyone’s anything.

and I was told (by another woman) the best thing to do is just take it as a compliment.

Disbelief.

Conversations with myself

getting crazy anxiety  -  shit’s about to get real

I’m tired of people not listening or caring. of being emotionally constipated. I have so much to get off my chest.
I’m ready to get out of here
»…..wait, am I?…. yeah. definitely.
What if it “doesn’t work out”?
»It always works out. You know that.
What if it hurts?
»Sitting, getting stale, settling and saying “what if..” hurts a lot more.
It is all so strange though. I just want my family to want me as much as I want them and not just be confused. I’m helplessly in love. I’m worried about my cat and how he’ll handle the weather and the traveling-What if it is not what I dreamed? People are so…people. and it gets so hard-
»This is something you’ve known for a while. Cry if you must but either which way time will continue to pass. It might not be what you dreamed but is still ~your~ dream (lucid dreaming is possible)

I went for a long walk at Great Island today in Wellfleet. At the beginning of the trail they have a monument for the Wompanoags  that had lived here. A long ways down the trail there is another monument for Priscilla Alden Bartlet - it may be hard to read- so-
“Thus out of small beginnings greater things have been produced by his hand that made all things of nothing, and gives being to all things that are and as one small candle may light a thousand so the light here kindled hath shone unto many yea in some sort to our whole nationWritten by Governor Wiliam Bradford of the Mayflower and of the colony he helped found called Plymouth Plantation

One of his descendants lived on protected and loved this land. 1939-1962. Priscilla Alden BartletWife of Alexander I. Henerson” both monuments have shells, feathers bones, even coins scattered around them from other walkers, those who also appriciate this land.
so much beauty. so much history.
